Is it Browns or is it not

I bought some things from the store for my girlfriend long story short did the transfer got the products 2 months later yip 2 months gave the gift to her only to find out that when she opened it that is was broken gave it back and still 1 year later I found out that the gift I had bought from Browns was not even one of their products.
The manager then told me I am more than welcome to come and collect the broken product as they where not going to repair or replace it and that the sales lady that sold it to me has been fired due to. Now for a company makin you take a loss for their miss judgement in my eyes is not fair.
