My girlfriend and I walked into Browns at Menlyn on Saturday to look for an engagement ring for our upcoming event, and I have to comment the sales assistant that helped us.

Merinda Roos was warm, welcoming and extremely professional. She made what could have been a difficult and stressful decision making process a lot easier, and a lot more enjoyable.
