I have been a LOYAL customer for years now, and the first and only bad experience I encounter and its turning into a nightmare. I On 20th December 2012, someone bought stuff at various stores using my account. I only discovered this in February when I received a call from Edgars to say my account was in arrears. On the 13 February I immediately went to the store to complete a dispute form. It is nearly a month and I have never heard from anyone at Edgars, save from the accounts collection people wanting me to pay. On the 1st March I decided to call the Customer Experience team and they promised to come back to me within 48 hours. It has been 96 hours and I am still waiting. Can somebody please just let me know what is going on?
