Good day. I would like to log a complaint about the service i'm getting from Bradlows. I keep getting calls when i have paid my account. Please check your records before you send me sms or call me. I hate it with all my heart when i get calls from people asking me to pay my account when its been paid already. Please fix this urgently or else i'll close that account and never buy anything from you again. I also never get statements from you peopel of lately. When i call i'm told system is being upgraded. Its almost 7 months now, the system being upgraded.
