I bought a samsung refrigerator on sunday 3March, i paid for it in cash and was told that it would get delivered to me the next day AFTER LUNCH. in my mind, that is 14:00 at latest. I was annoyed at first that i could not get hold of the manager, Richard until 15:10, who then told me i would be called an hour before delivery. needless to say my fridge arrived at 17:00 and all my food was thawed and leaking all over my kitchen floor because i was under the impression that i would have a fridge by 2pm. my one fridge compartment arrived broken. I phoned several times, Sydney answered most of those times, he once put the phone down in my ear, the second time he said he would have Richard call me back (this never happened) and then the next day when i spoke to Sydney again, he spent 12min taking down my details, only to fail in actually logging my complaint. then on the 3rd day i found Richard, who said he would log the complaint and send people out to do a service call. 24hours later i called Richard, and he informed me that that process takes 72hours before someone will call me. this is unacceptable. how can your staff waste my time like this? phone calls aren't free either.
