No one ot help with edicational toy

On the 7 march 2013, i went to the toys y us store, as i arrived in the store i approached a young cloured girl at the front on the store, as she was doing nothing asking her whether she could help me with a educational toy, she then advised me to go to the back of the store as someone will be their. As i do as she tells me i come across a elderly white woman, i the asked her if she could help me with an educational for a two year old something that could sing nursery rhymes or numbers, she then said she is not sure. As i was walking through the store i came across an young coloured guy an asked him the same thing he then started scratching his head an asked me to repeat myself, at this stage i was now furious an irritated and told him it fine he shouldn't worry an walked out the store. As a regular customer i was disgusted with the service, they should either assign the staff to certain departments like girls toys, DVDs's, creativity etc.
