So the story is... I took in my Burbery R2400 sunglasses to Atholl Square as the material that was around the temples was fraying and coming off. This was January it took them a few days to come to the conclusion because the lenses were scratched that they could not replace them but rather offer me 50% off a new pair. As they were not even 6 months old I refused, firstly, the lenses have nothing to do with the fault in the material on the temples and so I asked them to have them repaired than lose my money this was on the 23 January 2013. So today 26 March I called to follow up and they wanted me to phone Cape Town to follow up, I refused as I handed them to Atholl. I called twice after my initial call and they said they would call me tomorrow again I refused as I am highly concerned so she said she would call me at 5pm - NO CALL. So 2 months later no call and no sunglasses and still waiting... very disappointed as I have always Supported Sunglass Hut and always had a good experience...
