Spend my weeknd with damaged & embarrasing nails

I visited Dischem savanna mall on the 28th/02/2013 to do my nails & on the 01/03/2013 late they were damaged. on the 02nd/03/2013 i went to a funeral & later that day it was my baby's birthday party & i had to look good for both events. Immidiately after the funeral i called the store & Mimmy (The women who did my nails & she is friendly) told me that she has a client & she will phone me back which she didnt. I tryed to contact her on her cellphone the same day around 16pm & she didnt pickup. Sunday after church i phoned her work number & i was told she was not around & they called her manager Rose who was very rude to me & she said i must come to the store if i wanted to register a complaint. I went to the shop on monday the 4th/03/2013 & she was still very rude as usual & defensive too, she told me Mimmy is busy with a client & i must wait, i waited for about 30min only to find that Mimmy was not in the store, she came back after an hour & told me i must make an apointment for the next day because she was busy. I waisted my lunch time & petro driving to savanna three times & no one apologysed to me instead i was told to pay them for redoing my nails. Please help.
