FNB Online Banking Charge for items not requested

I was a victim of credit card in Jan 2013. To date, I have not received feedback if the case was solved. Feedback from FNB is non existent. I still have not received a reimbursement of points lost while waiting for my credit card, and using another bank card. Today, I attempt to log onto internet banking to see that my profile is blocked. I was transferred 5times and no one knew what to do. They tried toexplain how the website works. I am so annoyed. I finally reset my password myself. I log on and find that I am being charged for Debt Protect on my credit card! This is ridiculous as I have never defaulted on a payment anywhere. I demand a refund for all the costs that were deducted under thsi scheme. I want an immediate refund, with interest on that amount!!!
