As far as im concerned i have paidup my account and closed it, cause i even ask in store abourt the procedures to be taken. Was told to pay up and fax a letter of cancellation and a prove of payment so i did. Now im puzzled up when they say i owe them cause everything was paid on the 10/12/12 at 14:15 customer receipt #m000000000921791
