I would like to compliment Annestasia from the call centre, whom I dealt with. I ordered the wrong size dumbell and paid for it. She ensured that the incorrect order was cancelled and contacted me to confirm that!

She also ensured that I got my refund from the wrong order. She was most helpful and friendly.
