What is going on with the Mulbarton branch? Are they just using the name or is this a legitimate branch? They often do not have any stock, no stock of sale items, no prices on the shelves, the prices that the teller cashes is higher than the sale price or the price on the shelf. I have often called your customer services department and complained about these issues. Someone was supposed to have called me, what happened to this? My husband was charged a Rand extra for the Sunday times paper a few weeks ago, is the one Rand profit now a legal sale or not? my husband and I visited this branch on 20/02/2013 to purchase an item advertised on the Tames paper, this item was not in the store, but due to enter the store on Friday, 22/02/2012, not the first time this has happened? This same evening the cashier charged me extra for two items, the receipt and sale phamplet do not correlate. a few weeks ago the staff was not aware of the sale in the local paper. What is going on with this branch? S
