INSIM PLATE

I CURRENTLY HAVE A WHOLE COLLECTION OF AMC POTS BUT CANNOT USE IT ON THE INDUCTION STOVE I HAVE... CONTACTED AMC IN NOVEMBER 2012 to purchase the insim plate but no stock ; WENT THROUGH to THE BRANCH IN LANDSDOWNe again IN DECEMBER 2012 to PURCHASE THE the insimplate but yet no stock and was informed to try again in the new year..On returning from holiday i went back on the AMC website only to discover that the insimplate's price has drastically increased from R300 to OVER R800.On contacting the branch the manager reluctantly told me that i should of put my money down for the order but yet i was not informed about ordering on the occasions i have been at AMC.On contacting the branch in Landsdown i was informed that i will get a price reduction of the insimplate only if i purchase an AMC Induction stove. Now i am sitting with a new stove with pots that cannot work together... Not happy with AMC's after sales service nor there attitude...
