NO REPAIRS ON DAMAGED GOODS

We bought a lounge set, the seats started tearing, we reported it, they said they will come and get it to give it in for repairs, but still no has has collected the damage goods, we went to the store, and still no luck, we phoned and no one can help us. Up untill this date no one has contacted us or came to collect it for repairs, it is still under guarantee.

This is totally unacceptable, I can not pay thousands for damage goods, they were quick to sell it but if they have to live up to their ends, they are never ever available for services
