Parcel not delivered

Home Choice said they delivered my parcel on the 27-12-2012 at my work address and claim that i signed for it. On the 27-12-2012 i was out of the country, i was in Swaziland. On that they our offices were closed for the holidays we opened on the 07-01-2013 and there was no one there. I faxed them an affidavit on the 27-02-2013 as they told me but they haven't responded then.
