I purchased a running shirt (adidas) on 7/09/2013 and the item was defective On the 14/09/2013 i returned the item to the shop expecting a replacement. I was told that only the regional manager can authorise exchanges. So they took the item and the till slip and was supposed to get back to me on monday. To date no one has contacted me. Ive paid cash for an item which dont have and never wore. Very poor service indeed.
