Misleading customers on their online shop

I bought an paid for a photo online on [URL Removed] Its a digital photo which should have been made available immediately. This is impression given on their website. However a day has past and the link that was sent to me is still not retrieving the photo. This is the second time this has happened to me on this site. This site is misleading customers that photos will be made available immediately. Not acceptable practise in a mature online market now.
