Vanessa TWT Canal Walk ROCKS!!!

13August 2013 I just want to take a minute to say thank you to Vanessa from the TWT Branch at Canal Walk. My car is a Citroen C3 and my husband went through potholes in the Eastern Cape that left more than one of my rums damaged. I went to all the tyre retailers including TWT in the northern suburbs and everybody said they cant help me with new rims, because of the offset or something with the C3.Saturday I went to Canal Walk for shopping and my son-in-law suggested we pop in at TWT and see if the can maybe help. My car was in desperate need of new tyres. So we went in and Vanessa came to serve us. She also said no but I could see she was thinking, and she sail she had only one rim that can maybe work. They pulled my car unto the ramp and started to fix and contemplate. I was not optimistic at all. She came in with a smile and said it will work if I want the rims. Needless to say I left TWT with a big smile, and will recommend her service to all I know. She could just said sorry and blew me off, but she went out of her way to help and for her attitude alone I want to say "Vanessa TWT can be proud to have an employee like you. You made me from a desperate customer to a very happy customer.
