Tiger Wheel and Tyre
Breach of verbal contract

I was given a price on a set of tyres by the Cape Town branch of Tiger Wheel and Tyre. They telephonically quoted me a certain price but when I arrived at the branch, I was told the price was higher (and this was only after fitting the tyres onto my car). I was told that there was no written quote given so they cant give me the price and that if i refuse to pay their new price, i would have to remove the tyres. I was then told that they cant find my telephonic recording? A total rip-off. They verbally quote you one thing and when you drive all the way to there, there is another price given to you (much higher).
This is just UNACCEPTABLE!!! I (as well as my family) WILL NEVER use Tiger Wheel and Tiger ever again!!!
