About 3 weeks before christmas i went to cna to purchase two prestigio e readers that were on special for R799.90 and was told they were out of stock but they could take my details and phone me when they recieved. About 3 days later the manager called me to inform me they had recieved the e readers. I then rushed there after work to pick them up only to find that they had gotten the wrong model, so i rushed there for nothing. A week before christmas i decided to just go check and they had stock but hadnt bothered to call me!!! But i bought them because i needed them. Now a week after christmas the one e reader was faulty so took it in only to be told they could not replace it because on he slip it says they cannot exchange electronics which i does not! We then sent it for repairs as we could not do anything else. A week later after no contact i went to find out what was goin on and was told that i must phone prestigio myself!! This is unacceptables as i have entrusted my productto them!! It seems that they dont care one bit about their customers!!
