Non-Delivery, No-Response

I ordered and paid for the "Lap-top Tray" on the 6th December 2012. One of your terms and conditions was that it would be delivered within 7 - 14 workings days - "Guaranteed before Christimas".
My money was banked and I have had no goods delivered, no response from either DADDY'S DEAL Support/Customer Care centre, nor from the supplier themselves.

I am rather "old-school" when it comes to shopping, preferring to see the goods before I pay. This was the first time I have ever bought on-line and sadly DADDY"S DEAL, you have ruined the experience for me, I have lost faith.
