On the 22nd February I paid for a Blackberry phone that was advertised as a weekly special and was told that stock would be arriving soon.By the 27th I had not heard from anyone since my purchace until I called the manager myself. He got the salesman to call me and apologise but is still unable to confirm as too when I could collect my purchase. Please help.
