Showing up at after 8pm without arranging anything and expecting to just be let in by whomever is available at the premises.

This is beyond a joke at this point...

If my landlord has to call me one more time and I have to rush home because of your utter incompetence and by the time I get there you have left, i will just give up and chuck your furniture outside the gate.
