Possible allergen in pet food

The addition of Woolworths Kitty treats to my cat's diet has resulted in severe complications. This is also the case with another cat. I have not yet had any sort of positive response from woolworths regarding this matter. Here is the reference number I was given: 20130226-251858756. The complete story is too long for this text box, but hopefully you have it on file. I will take this further if I once again get no reaction.
