On the 2 February 2013 I bought a 3/4 res-tonic mattress over the Internet. In the fine print the company gave themselves 21 days for delivery of the goods. After 2 weeks of no contact and several attempts of speaking to the contact person we finally spoke to a Amanda. She did the follow up on the product but still couldn't deliver on the order. Finally after a period of 25 days and two delivery dates I cancelled my order. Never again will I use Dial-a-bed as a supplier for my bedding needs!!
