Billing the wrong client

My mother has been receiving calls from Home Choice employees who refuse to identify themselves and yet want her to provide them with her ID number. She is being taken to the lawyers and threatened to be garnished for good s she did not purchase. This pestering has been going on for the past 2 weeks. She did not order anything from home choice and i want this situation to be sorted and her name cleared.
