Poor sevice from game mokopane

Hello

I applied for a game store card online on the (24th February 2013) and were said I didn't meet the criteria so I emailed the head office! And still no feedback!

The criteria is as follow:
must be 18years or older - which i am
must produce a green RSA ID book - which i do
must earn a minimum of R2000.00 per month - which i do
must be permanetly employed - which i am
mush have at least one landline number - which i do

i also applied a few months in store at game mokopane - and still didnt get any feedback!

I would please like someone to explain it to me!
