USN olympic water bottle

I bought two of these bottles at Game in Mokopane, the lid on one kept falling off. I returned it and there were not any problems. I got another one and not even a month later it is the same problem! I cannot carry one returning the bottles and it is very frustrating! another thing is that they all leak from the time I bought them!
