Customer service worth mentioning

I received great service from Sports Scene in Sandton City this weekend. I saw pastel coloured belts advertised in a fashion mag and when I phoned the closest Sport Scene to me in Clearwater Mall they didn't have stock and asked me if I knew the code for the belts in order for them to check. I didn't so I phoned the store in Sandton and got prompt and excellent service. I dealt with Thapelo. He double checked that Clearwater Mall didn't have them, and when I had to hold, he was courteous enough to ask if they should call me back in case it took a while. Within seconds he had located the belts, asked if he should keep them aside for me, and when I picked them up the next day, the service was just as good.
