Failure to deliver, requested refund not granted

On 26 July 2013 we purchased a TV stand from Beares' Pretoria West branch. The TV stand had to be sent to the branch where we would have collected it.

A week later we were contacted and informed the stand will be at the store the following week. A week later we were contacted by Patricia the branch manager and informed that the warehouse was out of stock and they had no idea when we will receive the stand.

We requested a refund, informing her that we will collect the refund the following day.

When we arrived at the store the following day we were informed that they don't have that much cash available and that they would make a deposit into our bank account the next week on Monday, 15 July 2013.

We haven't received any further feedback neither our refund.
