I bought a dress from Edgars The Glen in February, but found it did not fit when I got home. I put the packet in my cupboard and forgot about it until the 29/4 when I found it and took it back. The gentleman explained to me that they have a 30 day return policy, and because it was after this date, they could only refund me the price that the dress had been marked down to for the sale. I'd originally paid R599 and they offered to refund me the sale price of R289.95, which I was happy to accept. Then on the 23rd of May I saw the same dress still being sold for R599. I emailed Edgars explaining the situation and asked why I'd been told I'd received the refund for the sale price, when the dress had never gone on sale. Since the 23rd of May, they still have not given me a reason and every time I enquire, all I get is another Reference number. To date I have received 5 different reference numbers, but NOTHING has been done. I have had an account with Edgars since 1976, and if they do not attend to my complaint, I will close my account
