So sad

Dear Coricraft,

I'm a very disappointed customer in your service thou I enjoy your products and the quality they present by it's a shame that I cannot say the same for your staff and the service you provide. I made an appointment for the 23rd of February o'clock, got to your Randburg (Head-office) that is te and gone. Only to wait for 20 minutes for any assistance then another 15 minutes for the staff to finish their lunch while clients are waiting to be assisted. This is unacceptable in any profession.

I'm saying this with a heavy heart but Coricraft will not see me ever again it's a shame because the product is stunning it's just a pity I can't say the same of your service.
