Too fat for Mattress

Purchased 2 new bed-sets from coricraft. After sleeping on it for one month, you can clearly see body marks on the bed...
Coricraft asked their partner to investigate, and the investigator said we are simply toooo fat for the bed, and that an indent of 4cm does not constitute a complaint...
So if it looks like that after 1 month, how would it look after 2?
I always held Coricraft in HIGH regard, as a brand of quality, but no longer!!!

Oh... We complained to their head-office, who promised to investigate... The response, in bold and underlined... Body impressions are not a structural defect and should not be confused with sagging. The layers of comfort and support are designed to compress with use and body impressions of up to -4 cm per side are perfectly normal

Perfectly normal for sub-quality products...
