SPAR - Food is Off!

We stay in the area and really don't want to go to the SPAR anymore purely because they are so filthy and poorly stocked. Today however was the limit!! Bought frozen fish there for an improper dinner (hale) and when we got home (assume because the fridges are not working properly) it was totally off... I am starting to think this SPAR is a health hazard!!
