When you buy a product at Coricraft enjoy the prompt and friendly service for the last time... After sales service is a rumor! It takes them 43 days to fix stitching and then you still don't have product back. Don't expect any feed back, it is your DUTY as customer to phone them.
I must credit to the Miranda a staff member that still walks the extra mile for Coricraft's customers. Her manager Waldi can learn a lot from her, he was not prepared to talk to me.
