Bought and given TV from display

I did a laybye and when i went to pay off my laybey i was given an item from display with no discount and told its sold at the same price, i went back to let them know i want my money back and they should take their TV i'll go and buy it somewhere else, they called me the same day and said they have a new TV i should go and get it at the shop... firstly they are inconviniencing me coz i arranged transport and now i have to arrange again to go and get it when its their fault, i feel cheated and not valued as a client becoz the salesman was supposed to advise me that i come and get a new one when they have and they cant be selling items on display at a same price, i doubt i'll ever buy again from them... i dont know even if its a new item that im requested to go and get, i dont know how to get it to my place as im now struggling transport wise.
