Bad customer service from Michelle Taylor, of Fourways Kids Emporium Store. Bad attitude, and no after sales customer support, after purchasing an african baby carrier from her store that was damaged. Carrier brand new, never been used> the stitching on the baby carrier was coming apart. Not safe to strap baby inside. She refused to give refund, but said she could change it for another one. I did not want baby carrier anymore, as i did not trust, the safety and protection the baby carrier offered. I wanted cash refund, paid cash for it.
Michelle has a don't care attitude towards her customers. Once she receives the cash, u the customer forgotten. don't support her store or companies like this.
