On arriving at the store it was found that the garden furniture on promotion was sold out even though the advertisements had only been sent out the day before. With the superb assistance of Richmond it was discussed with the store manager, Susan, as to what could be done to assist us. They made arrangements to supply the same garden furniture in a different colour, which was not on promotion, but to discount it so that it was at the promotion price. Thanx to their assistance we were able to have a successful Christmas party on Christmas day with seating for all invited parties. It made Christmas day as well as Christmas shopping that much more pleasant. GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
