Don't do your baby registry at Baby City

We had our Baby shower this weekend. Everyone was complaining how bad the service was at Baby City Heathway. We had our registry set up there. People were getting repeat items and the whole process was really badly managed.

We went in today to return some of the stuff. They insist we can't get cash back even with a receipt.

I had a look at the items that were still in the registry box and found twice as much stuff in there than what we placed in the box.

The staff have a bad attitude and no sense as to what customer service is all about.

This is a company that does not respond on HelloPeter, which asks the question "Do they care about customer needs? ".

There are many other shops that allow baby registry, don't fall in the Baby city trap. I truly regret doing the registry with them.
