Bad Attitude at TotalSports N1 City

When making a payment on my account at TotalSports N1 City on Sunday 24 Feb 2013, I was very rudely and obnoxiously treated by the person taking the payment and would like to lay a complaint.
The current statement shows that I owe a total of R263.00 by the 01 March 2013. I do not just make one payment on the 1st of everything month, but also make interim payments - which sometimes are MORE than what is due for the specific month. When I made the payment of R150, I was told that the outstanding amount on my account was R263. I politely said yes thank you, and didnt think anything of it, as I did know that that was my amount owing. When I proceeded to pay the R150, I was obnoxiously asked by the sales person if this was all I was going to pay. I then again politely said yes. He then told me: "well your account will then be outstanding with R113." I then interrupted and said: "well the account is only due the 01st of March, I will make the payment then" I was very upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. My account is up to date every month and as mentioned I sometimes pay more than what I am suppose to, but now I was made to feel like an.
