We are highly disappointed in the lack of concern of going the extra mile for a customer. I ordered a leappad 2 on Thurday morning @ 8:40am expecting to get delivery the next day. However the item was tossed onto the back of a truck sent economy instead of being sent overnight express! On Friday we phoned looking for the item and we were told it was still coming from Cape Town. My husband then told Simone to have the item delivered to our home on Saturday morning as this was not our blunder and we had already fully paid for it. We then get a phone call late Friday afternoon saying that it could not be done and we will get it on Monday. What could we have possibly done at that point? We needed this as a gift for my nephew as his party was on Saturday. I usually order my goods from [URL Removed] in order to save me the trouble of going into shops but last weeks incident was truly distressing and worst of all I had no gift for my nephew! If this is what valued customers get for your "free delivery" service then I rather pay for my delivery to ensure I get my goods on time. Absolutely poor customer service! And as I type this complaint my item has still has not arrived!
