ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING SERVICE

This is now the second time I'm standing in a men's que in ZARA where the one lady at the till just leaves everyone and walks away leaving ONE till and a line of VERY frustrated customers. And then when you ask them why there is only one till - you get a VERY snotty, sarcastic answer.
