Cats living in spar, food full of cockroaches!

The spar in serene st in garsfontien has 4 cats living, sleeping and pooping in the spar! it is dusgusting! i had to return plenty of food i bought there because of cockroaches in my food or in the wrapping of the food. the bakery at the back looks like a cockroach zoo! i have returned food, phoned them and yet nothing seems to improve.
same food, same cats, same cockroaches! being a franchise of spar, i think it is in order to approach the health department! i am so disgusted, i will never buy at any spar again!
