MANAGERS EVEN HELP DISLODGE STUCK WATERMELONS!

My mom and I were in Makro recently when we spotted the most beautiful large and (seemingly) juicy watermelon in a firm grip between two other watermelons. Herself and me, not being the tallest people due to genetics, battled to dislodge this worthy watermelon from the basket so that it could travel home with us. We commenced in a fit of giggles about this and, of course, it didn't make it easier to pull out this very firmly held back watermelon. (It obviously enjoyed the air conditioning in there as much as we did!)

From nowhere a manager came to our rescue. He not only dislodged the watermelon, but also made polite conversation with us whilst assisting us in carrying the valuable edible and pushing our trolley for us. We were very embarrassed about our silly girlish behaviour, but so grateful to this Makro Knight coming to our rescue so swiftly.

We were unable to thank him properly and didn't check his name, but we would like to express our gratitude toward him and all other managers who have also helped us and been polite on the floor, making our shopping experience a truly pleasurable experience.

Thanks for treating us royally. We truly appreciate it!
