Wow... what a shocking call centre experience

I just got off the phone with a Makro call centre agent who really was an embarrassment. A call centre agent is the "voice" of the company and there to make a customers life easier by being pleasant and helpful... Sometimes they can't address the query, but will do so in a nice, polite and pleasant way. The agent I spoke to was not rude, but didn't sound like she was keen to help me, was anything but pleasant, and wasn't particularly helpful. At the end of the interaction, I am anything but keen to call anyone at Makro... just a pity the information isn't available online... Eish... hope to never deal with that person again...
