Vodacom
All my calls goes to my voice mail

I went for a upgrate on my at vodacom in the Carnival Mall. I paid in R150.00 and the R50.00 to tranfer all on data from the old phone to the new phone. The when ever i received call it goes to voice mail. I call the 111 over 100 times for assistance and according to them nothing was wrong with the phone. Then my email was also not work, but the lady who assist me help tx to her, then may email was working then. Funnny my BBM is also not working. Yesterday I went to Tsakane mall for assist and no luck from tsakane to back to Carnival mall. Then i am then advise to go to Lake side mall. I am now tired off all this. I am not willing to drive my pertol out for a phone which i am willing to pay for. If that is the case then i will hand the phone back, and request my money back and request all my data to transfer back to my old phone. I will then buy myself a phone cash. I am really unhappy with the service received. Now i am using another phone.
