Unnecessary charges

On the 21/02/2013 i went to bree street as my branch was closed in commissioner street i paid off the account without hesitation... i told the lady the account must be closed as she was busy chit chatting to her colleques ..and now in april im told my account will be debited with the amount 137.00 after 2months of paying off my account... what kind service is this i need this account to be closed as im not interested in any service they provide
