Table leg incomplete and wrong couch delivered

1) I bought full house furniture in December 2012. The dining table leg was missing supporting rubbe, they said they would give me a new table, which hasn't happend.

2) The corner couch has 3 pieces but one does not go with the set, I'm missing the middle part of the couch

I have made numerous calls and visits to the store, it has been over 2months now tha I've been waiting, this is the worst service I've ever received
