In Dec 2012 i took a part of my mum's oven to have it replaced with a new part, week after week I have been asking for feedback and to date I have received no response.

Every week it is either that Ronelle is not there or that the supplier still has not given them feedback or the supplier is closed.

I asked Ronelle to discuss this with her manager and to this date I have not even received a call from the manager regarding my query.
