SAECO Espresso Machine - the bad service continues

In response to my complaint on Hello Peter, Ronelle (a sales manager at Saeco - Italian Lifestyle) made the following statement on Hello Peter: "I will investigate and revert back to you soonest."

MORE THAN A WEEK has passed and we've had NO FEEDBACK from Ronelle or anyone else at Saeco.

Last week Thursday, my husband phoned SAECO (yet again) and spoke to Thomas, who informed us that they are finally working on the espresso machine. He said that 'someone' should have phoned us. 'Someone' did not. Yesterday, we had a large family gathering at our house and I really missed my espresso machine!

I am so disappointed.
